Scroll Mage

The scroll mage is an alternative occ and magic system for palladium. skills, Mdc, sdc, hp ,etc are same as current mage. magic the character has only two magical abilities: 1 to read mystic scrolls. 2 to copy mystic scrolls. the time it takes to copy a scroll is 10 minutes per level of spell they do not need PPE all casting times are 1 melee (time it takes to read scroll) percent to copy scroll 50+3% per level if failed copy roll must roll again to not erase original. start with 1d4 copies of all initial spells.
