Classless Psionics d20 System
=============================

This file spells out the rules for the psionics system in the game my brother is running.
This campaign has no spells so the desire is to generate something closer to the baseline
d20 psionics rules.

Normally in the classless system allowed psionic powers can be brought in as spells
of equivalent level. The base cost of the power follows the normal spell point rules.
If a power can be augmented by spending power point it can be augmented in the same
way by spending twice as many Spell points.

It is based off the classless system rules that should be right next to this.

All the normal caster feats in the d20 classless are banned in this campaign.
The following manifester feats are available instead

Terms & Abbreviations
---------------------

Character Level - The full level of the character based on experience, level drain, etc.

Power Level (PL) - Similar to Spell Level (SL) for magic. It is expresses the
relative strength and difficulty of the power.

Manifester Level (ML) - Similar to Caster Level (CL) for magic. It express the
power of the character using psionic abilities. A "full" Psion would have a
manifester level equal to their character level.
